These terms are concise operating conditions for using Email Diagnostics and Campaign Analyst. They describe how the tools are intended to be used and are not a statement that they have been reviewed for legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

Email Diagnostics reports on public DNS configuration and on the claims contained in headers you supply. Its output describes configuration and header claims. It does not guarantee message delivery, does not confirm inbox placement, and does not cryptographically verify DKIM signatures.

Campaign Analyst reads campaign-level data only, from a connected Smartlead or Instantly account or from a normalized CSV you provide. Provider API access depends on your plan with that provider. Rates are reported with explicit denominators and stated uncertainty, and no variant is ever declared a winner automatically.

You are responsible for supplying credentials only through our website, for the accuracy of the data and headers you provide, and for your own use of the reports. Support requests go to arthur@alchemail.io.
